Before you apply for any position at ACL, you must obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Go to the Department of Public Safety website (http://www.azdps.gov/), for more information. Once you have received your Fingerprint Clearance Card, you can start the online application process as detailed below:

Complete an Age Care Limited employment application and Form I-9 for Employment Eligibility Verification, and you will be contacted by HR to schedule an in-person or virtual interview. For your in-person interview, please bring a valid form of identification (such as a Driver’s License or Passport), as specified on Form I-9; your Social Security Card; your Fingerprint Clearance Card; and a copy of your resume (optional). Additionally, please bring copies of any DDD training certificates you have, such as CPR/First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support, Preventing Neglect, Abuse, Exploitation & Maltreatment, and Positive Behavior Support. Upon completion of your application, you will also need to create an account on cbc.az.gov to run your background check, further instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your application. You must complete your background check and have a notarized Criminal History Self Disclosure Affidavit before you are hired.
